Delivery and Exchange Times

Due to the incredible demand during Black November, our delivery times may vary slightly. Please expect delivery within 3-10 working days.

Similarly, it may take 3-10 working days working days to receive an exchange once your request is processed.

Oversold Items

With our unbeatable offers, it's possible that some items may become oversold. In such cases, we will promptly inform you and offer the options of either refund or allow you to adjust the order.

Returns and Exchanges

If you've made a sale purchase during this time (10 November - 2 December 2025), please note the following terms:

All return requests (refunds and exchanges) are accepted on qualifying Black November styles, when requested within 7 days of delivery.

Certain items are not eligible for a return, including Clearance and select Collab styles. All styles that do not qualify for a return will be clearly marked

Refunds

We offer full refunds on qualifying Black Friday returns. We will, however, deduct a R30 handling fee for refunds of purchases that qualified for free delivery.

Customers may request their purchase be refunded in their original method of purchase or online store credit. Please note, that once store credit has been finalised, customers will not be able to convert it back to a monetary refund.

Exchanges

For unopened and resellable items, we offer variant Exchanges: The same item you purchased just in a different size.

Ticket responses

We always try to respond quickly and effectively to queries. Please be aware that over the Black November sales period, we typically see an increase in queries and we may take a little longer than usual to respond.

Discount Codes

Existing discount codes/promotions may not be applied on top of Black Friday deals. After the Black Friday sale period ends, all discount codes will be reactivated where applicable, please reach out to Customer Support if you've any inquiries
